Your leads go cold while they wait for a call.
Violeta is a voice and WhatsApp agent that plugs into the tools you already use. It calls every lead the moment they fill in the form, day or night, even at the height of enrollment, and passes the ones ready to talk to your advisors.
The agent, with a prospective student.
Top: the prospective student. Bottom: the agent. The tags show what it does at each moment, up to writing the booking to the CRM.
Run the numbers on your busiest month.
These are your numbers. Change any of them and the math updates.
If every one of them had been called within a minute of filling in the form, how many would have enrolled?

Contact center, CRM, WhatsApp and your forms. The agent reads from and writes to your systems; your data stays there.

From form to advisor.
Violeta connects to the systems you already run. This is how it wires into a university.
- 01
A lead comes in.
From a form, a campaign or a WhatsApp message, and lands in your CRM.
- 02
The orchestrator decides.
It checks the lead's local time, segment and queue, and picks the script.
- 03
Violeta reaches out.
It calls through your contact center, or writes on WhatsApp if the call goes unanswered.
- 04
It qualifies on your criteria.
It consults your knowledge base (RAG), the applicant's context and your enrollment system. Exceptions go to a person.
- 05
It hands off.
It transfers the call to the right queue or books the meeting, and writes the summary to the CRM.
It works inside your rules.
Your operation already has rules. The agent keeps them on every contact.
- 01Calling windows set by each lead's local time.
- 02A cap on simultaneous calls that you set.
- 03Retries on your rules for leads who don't pick up.
- 04Your queues and priorities: today's leads, by age, by propensity.
- 05Consent and do-not-call lists.
- 06Only WhatsApp templates approved by Meta.
- 07Every contact typed and logged in your CRM.
Change a script or a criterion per segment without opening a development project.
For anyone who gets more leads than they can call.
Private universities.
Undergraduate and graduate, on campus and online. Enrollment periods bring more inquiries than your team can call the same day, and the rest of the year capacity sits idle.
Education groups and their investors.
Holding companies and fund-backed platforms that run several universities or brands. One agent for the group, with its own script, rules and advisors per brand, and one shared record to compare them.
Online graduate and business schools.
Master's and executive programs sold through launches. Each launch fills the CRM in a few days; the agent calls everyone and passes the ones who are ready to a salesperson. See the case.
Technical institutes, career schools and bootcamps.
Rolling admissions, paid campaigns all year and small teams. The agent calls every lead right away and your team talks to the people who already want to sign up.
30,000 requests in five days.
No sales team calls them all in time.
One master's launch reached 30,000 call requests in five days. Every one of them asked for a call.
Every lead who leaves their details gets a call.
The agent answers from the documentation for that master's program and passes the lead to a salesperson, live or with a booked slot.
Swap each layer without rebuilding the agent.
Provider-agnostic at every layer (speech-to-text, LLM and voice), one team that designs, implements and delivers with no third-party vendors, and advanced observability on every call.
What changes.
| Voice platforms | Violeta | |
|---|---|---|
| Layers | You pick the LLM; speech-to-text and voices stay with the vendor | Speech-to-text, LLM and voice: each layer swappable |
| Where it runs | In the vendor's cloud | In your own cloud account or server |
| Who implements it | Usually an outside partner | One team builds and runs it |
| What it optimizes | Its own stack | Models compete on cost, latency and conversion |
| Beyond voice | A voice product | The same base runs WhatsApp and the next workflows |
Measured against a control group.
We measure it the way you'd measure a new team. Part of your leads follow your current process and part go through the agent. We compare:
Time to first contact.
Contact rate.
Qualified leads handed to advisors.
Cost per effective contact.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and auditable, with the record of each step and each decision the agent made.
We start with one queue.
Scope.
One flow, one segment, your rules and your systems.
Build and run it.
In a test environment, against your real cases.
Controlled launch.
Part of the traffic, acceptance criteria and a rollback if something falls short.
Widen in stages.
More queues, more segments, WhatsApp, after-hours.
Then you decide: we hand your team the keys, or we run it with you.
What people ask us.
What is Violeta?
Violeta is an AI voice and WhatsApp agent for admissions teams. It calls every person who fills in a form or responds to a campaign, answers their questions with your institution's information, qualifies them against your criteria and hands them to your advisors, either as a live transfer or as a meeting booked in your CRM.
It is built and run by Stackbone, a company that puts AI agents into production for businesses.
What is speed to lead and why does it matter in admissions?
It is the time between a prospective student asking for information and getting the first contact. In sales, firms that tried to contact a lead within the first hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as firms that tried an hour later.
In education, the response is often late. In a test of 1,000 inquiries to online programs at 182 institutions, 44% got no response, and the median among those that did was 3 h 18 min. And 76% of online students surveyed by RNL say they would likely enroll in the first program that responds.
No published study measures the effect of speed on enrollment directly. That is why we propose measuring it in your operation, against a control group.

Does Violeta replace my admissions advisors?
No. It handles the first contact and the filter: it calls, checks the details, answers the common questions and gauges interest. Your advisors get the people who are ready to talk and spend their time enrolling students, not chasing cold leads.
Does it integrate with my CRM and contact center?
Yes, through their APIs, with the systems you already use: the agent reads and writes in them and your data stays there. For an online business school it runs on Zoho CRM and Typeform.
For Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or any other system with an API, the integration is built as part of the project. We don't ask you to change your CRM or contact center.
Where are the call recordings and applicant data stored?
Where you choose: on Stackbone Cloud, in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, or on your own servers. When it runs on your infrastructure, the runs, data and keys stay inside the agent's container, with its own database; Stackbone's control plane does not hold them.

How do I know it works?
We measure it the way you would measure a new team: part of your leads follows your current process and part goes through the agent. We compare time to first contact, contact rate, qualified leads handed to advisors and cost per effective contact.
